 You are not a member of this group. Would you like to join it so that you can participate in it? Celebrate Recovery, Sundays, 7 p.m. St. John AME Church is proud to host Celebrate Recovery. A light dinner fellowship begins after our evening service usually around 6:30 p.m. Our group is an informal group where everyone finds friendship, support, and becomes family. An awesome band leads our music ministry. Birthdays are celebrated. Weekly lessons are presented by participants in recovery. After our teaching session we break and then we go into our share time. During share time individuals have an opportunity to talk openly and honestly about the recovery process, our successes and our challenges. We make a covenant of confidentiality, promising to keep all stories in the group and to never use anyone's name without their permission. We hope that you will join our group time. The Spirit of God is present for healing and for deliverance. God is our source of comfort and power as we work through the process of recovery. We struggle, but are ever assured that God's grace is sufficient for us. Because of His grace, we are made whole.
